Dear guests, by using our online reservation system to reserve a table at the Venetian Well restaurant you agree with the following:
A table reservation is available online for 48 hours after the present day and until a month later. Indoors and outdoors sittings are available.
Table sittings are available in slots of a maximum duration of two hours fifteen minutes (2.25 Hours) from the time of your reservation.
After making your selection between indoors or outdoors sitting and proceeding to the next steps you will be able to pay a per person deposit to secure your reservation. Please note your reservation will not be valid unless you pay the necessary deposit. “Confirmed & pending payment” is not a valid reservation, it refers to availability only. It will be valid after deposit is paid and the status becomes “booking Confirmed”. The deposit amount will be deducted from your bill at the restaurant. Reservation Policy
To preserve the intimate atmosphere and ensure the highest level of service, reservations are held exclusively for the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking.
A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation.
Cancellations or amendments must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time.
In the event of a late cancellation, reduction in the number of guests, or no-show, a charge of €50 per guest will apply.
We kindly request that guests arrive punctually. Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time.

Should you wish to proceed with your reservation, kindly confirm your preferred dining option and we will be pleased to finalize your booking.
In case you would like to cancel a reservation, you will be able to get a refund if you inform the restaurant through email at least 48 hours prior to the date of reservation. Please note that any bank transfer commissions will be deducted from the refund amount. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the reservation or in case of a no-show, your deposit will not be refunded.
For the Holy week of Easter cancellations can be made up to 4 days prior to the reservation date.
